Spring 2007
PHILOSOPHY - Undergraduate Philosophy Club
Every Even Wednesday at 7.00pm, Stuart 209
Interested in talking philosophy with other undergraduates after hours? The undergraduate philosophy club meets every second Wednesday to talk about a paper or section of a book. A couple times a term they invite a faculty member to come talk to them and each meeting is supervised by a graduate student and, occasionally, a faculty member. This is a fun and challenging way to encounter new philosophy without the pressure of writing a paper.
This quarter, the club is reading seminal essays from the philosophy of law. You can get up to date information on the clubs activities from their blog or by e-mailing student coordinator Garret Rose
Also, this quarter there will be pizza at the meetings.
